Your shipment

All Kraken Stealth winch and Skateblox features (except Manny pads) ship freight.

What does that mean? Your item will be strapped to a wooden pallet and delivered via a box truck.  No need to have a forklift, the delivery driver will use the truck's lift gate to take it off the truck.

You will need to be present for delivery, the trucking company has the phone number supplied on your order and will call you to arrange a delivery appointment.

A tracking number (PRO number for freight) for the shipment will be made available to the buyer as well. Upon delivery please inspect the winch for any possible damage during shipping before signing off the package and before the delivery truck leaves. The sale is final after the package has been signed for upon delivery and the truck leaves.

Local pickup at our shop in Forty Fort, PA is also an option. For arrangements, please select "local pickup" during purchasing and one of our team members will contact you.

Other packages (Tee shirts, Stickers, ect) are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Free shipping to the continental US. Contact us directly for international shipping. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.


Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
